About your lecturer:
Francois Pistorius is an award-winning food photographer. The cookbook Duinhuis with Isabella Niehaus won France's 1st Price Gourmand Award.
His journey began in his teens with a film camera in hand and has since taken him across Europe, Cape Town, Paris, and London, mastering the art of lighting. With decades of experience in food and fashion photography, he will guide you and work with you to use natural light to elevate your photography.
