Power Portraits is a glamorous ERRE studio experience where you’ll be professionally made up, styled in signature ERRE pieces, and photographed. Whether for professional headshots, social media profiles, or simply to celebrate yourself, this is your moment to embody confidence, elegance, and power.  Please read through the Terms & Conditions below to ensure you are aware of expected delivery times.

What the experience includes:

  • ± 2-hours of pampering & fun at the ERRE studio
  • Professional make-up by the ERRE make-up artist
  • Styling in ERRE with personal consultation from the ERRE designers to create your perfect look
  • Professional photoshoot with ERRE’s long-time photographer — an expert at making women look incredible. Capture 2–3 styled looks (depending on time) and receive 30 digital images plus 3 professionally retouched portraits
  • Delicious house-made snacks and drinks to enjoy while you relax and soak in the experience

What to Bring: Bring along a few pairs of shoes and accessories that match the kind of look you’re hoping to achieve, and that will pair beautifully with the ERRE garments you’ll be wearing.

Power Portraits – Terms & Conditions

  1. Portrait Delivery Timeline
    Final edited portraits will be delivered within 3 weeks of the shoot date.
    For the shoot taking place on 12 September 2026, clients can expect delivery of their final images by Friday, 2 October 2026.
  2. Expedited Delivery
    Should you require an earlier delivery date, expedited editing can be arranged at an additional surcharge of R2000. Please contact us in advance should this be necessary so that arrangements can be made.
  3. Additional Looks & Extended Shoot Time
    The standard session includes up to 3 looks/outfit changes. Clients wishing to photograph additional looks may book extra studio time at a rate of R1000 per additional hour. Please arrange this with us before the event to ensure availability.
  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Due to the limited nature of the event, cancellations made less than 7 days before the shoot are non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior notice.
  5. Arrival Time
    Please try your best to arrive on time for your scheduled session due to the structure and timing of the day. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.
  6. Hair & Make-Up Preparation
    Clients are requested to arrive with their hair already done. Make-up will be completed onsite by the ERRE make-up artist.

We strive to ensure a successful event experience for all attendees. If ticket sales do not meet our minimum threshold by 4 September 2026, we reserve the right to reschedule the event to a new date.

Your understanding and flexibility are appreciated as we work to deliver a memorable event. We will notify all registered attendees promptly if a date change becomes necessary.
